The Delight
A quick read that ends with an mated love instead of a falling in love romance. It’s all part of a bigger story, with other authors, it will take some time to get through it all.
Review
Dragon Mated starts fast and furious with little page time to spare. Jami Raye moves to a new city seeking something she can’t explain. Voices in her head make it hard to sleep, let alone concentrate. When another body of a client shows up dead, she starts to feel there is something dark creeping into her life.
Maxim Drago is searching for his sister only to find out she is dead and just cremated that morning. He seeks out Jami because she was the last one to see his sister alive and also the one who identified her body. But what he doesn’t expect is to find out she is his mate.
Very quickly Drago has to explain to Jami what she is and who wants her. Quickly they fall into lust or love. Whatever you want to call it and mate. But a deeper darker force is coming and Jami is just a sister, she is one of a set of triplets.
While I would have loved a full book on this, it was just a quick introduction into the series, which left me feeling a little unfulfilled. I wanted more than a force saying they are mates and falling into the mated plan so easily. This series may be good, but I think I am done for now with it.

Sorry to hear that this didn’t work for you. It does sound like a good start to a series. I do like dragons.
The series is a multi-author series so I will probably stop with this one.
So frustrating when they’re under-developed like that. Sounds like it had some good elements, though, and fun, that there are multiple authors.
It’s a start to a series by multiple authors. I think this being so short just left it feeling abrupt.
all this “quickly” is giving me some serious eye twitching
I am not into insta love kind of stuff.
