Aspiring chef Indigo Hartley takes on fetish modeling as a way to pay for school. Plus-sized, tattooed, and a strong personality to wrap up the entire female package, Indigo takes on the job being a live model for a deadly sushi fish and meets Banner Faust, a renown chef and taker of risks. Indigo finds herself in the middle of her dream of dominance and submission along with getting to soak up the greatness of Banner.
Banner sees Indigo and and knows he wants her. Sacrificing his love life for his career, he is getting run down and ready for a break. He asks Indigo for three days of submission with the intention of letting her go, but as the two get involved, he soon learns he has missed having a submissive in his life. Falling under her spell, he slowly seduces her to, giving her what she needs and getting in return what he wants and needs himself.
This story is short and darkedly sweet. Indigo is confident in herself, but also wants to explore her submission. Banner is overworked, stressed and ready for a submissive to be only his. Neither want to let go once the weekend is up and I enjoyed seeing them in the second book in the series. Oh, yes, I read book 2 first and then came back for this one.
I recommend this to anyone who wants a short story they can read in an afternoon, with a little spice, sultry tastings, orgasm overload and two people who fit even though society wouldn’t see it. It is a hot little story that I adored.
