Week 26 of 2014

I made it with $22.19 left! And you say there are still a couple of days left to this month so slow down Shari…well, I am in New York right now and won’t be home before the last few days of June wind down. I will be so busy I will be surprised if I get to read let alone buy a book. June’s closing out with a lot left over and that means it’s time to cut the budget again! So July I need to keep my spending below $30 and only use the credit I have left at All Romance eBooks and my audio credits I haven’t be using.

Half way through the year! So have you cut your budget? Living within that budget? Let me know!

How was your week?

How are you cutting your budget but still getting to read everything you want?

The following two tabs change content below.
Shari is the Delighted Reader. Married to her Prince Charming and mother to two Princesses and one Prince. When she is not slaving away as Cinderella she loves to get lost in the pages of a good book. Never without a reading device and a few good paperback books, because she never knows when she might get 5 minutes to read!
  • Cutting the budget again? That’s impressive. I cut mine a few months ago so that I make mine $25 a month. I’m down to $13 for this month, but I probably won’t spend the rest either with all those July review books needing my attention. I bought a 7 book box set, Tall Dark and Deadly for $.99 and got another $.99 book. I was thrilled to find a wish list book as a freebie so of course I snabbled that one up.

Enjoy NYC and your new book if you have time!

  • Nice! very very nice. I’m thinking about lowering mines too. Will probably take it down to $25 bucks a month since I’ve been doing really well so far.
