This is box title

The Kelly Group International (KGI): A super elite, top secret, family-run business.

Qualifications: High intelligence, rock hard body, military background.

Mission: Hostage/kidnap victim recovery. Intelligence gathering. Handling jobs the US government can’t…

It’s been one year since ex-Navy SEAL Ethan Kelly last saw his wife Rachel alive. Overwhelmed by grief and guilt over his failures as a husband, Ethan shuts himself off from everything and everyone.

His brothers have tried to bring Ethan into the KGI fold, tried to break through the barriers he’s built around himself, but Ethan refuses to respond… until he receives anonymous information claiming Rachel is alive.

To save her, Ethan will have to dodge bullets, cross a jungle, and risk falling captive to a deadly drug cartel that threatens his own demise. And even if he succeeds, he’ll have to force Rachel to recover memories she can’t and doesn’t want to relive—the minute by minute terror of her darkest hour—for their love, and their lives, may depend on it.

This is the first book in the KGI series about a group of brothers, the Kelly’s. This is a very emotional book dealing with a lot of issues. Not the usual erotica we have come to know from Maya Banks. Instead it is a sweet love story of two married people who lost each other and more, but learn to love again. It deals with heartache of losing your soul mate, finding them again, but they don’t have any memory of you or what you last said to them. You feel Ethan’s pain on having said some awful things only to think Rachel has died. When he gets hope that she is alive, he takes this as a second chance to win the love of the woman he knows owns his heart. It is so heartbreaking to watch the two, especially when Rachel starts to remember and all the old hurt and anger come crashing back in. While dealing with a whole lot of emotions, there is some action to make you sit on the end of your seat and a lot of hunky brothers running around!

I loved this book. In fact, I just finished Book 4 in the series last night — WHISPERS IN THE DARK. I really love the brothers, and the way they banter, and give each other a hard time but still care so much for their family. Great choice!

Wow that sounds like a heart-shattering pick! Good one!
