growing away so we can lower his medications.
This probably is a piped dream, but it is a wish I have for him.
The travel is taking a tole on his health and my sanity.
As a freshman in HS she already has her eye on college.
I don’t want her to miss this time of life
because she was so focused on the future.
learn that I won’t be here to take care of her forever.
Silly actually, but I worry that she will never be able to cook for herself
unless it is rice.
5. For myself. Well I wish that I could get healthier.
2015 was a wake up call that my health is going downhill.
I am on 5 medications to control so many things.
So I need to stop and work on making myself healthy
so I can be around in more years to come for my family.
Mostly I wish for all of you to be healthy and happy. Please do me this favor and grant my wish.
What are you wishing for this Holiday Season?

Those are all great wishes. I hope that some of them come true. I completely understand about being on so many medications. I was on five for several years. I was able to back down three this year. I’m hoping that I can stay on that.
Thanks Melanie! Hopefully we can both start reducing medications. Hope you had a Merry Christmas.
Those are great wishes for you and your family. I hope your husband will be able to travel less internationally, sounds like that takes it’s toll. 5 different medications sounds like a lot, but if you need them and they help then that’s good, although if you can decrease the amount that would be nice.
I hope those wishes for your kids come true as well, although some of those probably will take time. I know I never could cook until we moved out and even then my sister lived with us for a while and cooked most days and then when she wasn’t able to cook anymore, I picked it up and now love it. I feel that with skills like that you often won’t start to acquire them until you want to or need them.
Thank you. I just want to get healthier so I can be around for a lot longer. And the medications are causing side affects that leave me more tired than ever.
My kids will get there. I just wish so much for them.
I hope your wishes come true, Shari, fingers crossed. I need to get my daughters to cook more too ! And don’t we all need to take care of ourselves, whether it’s health or other things, because we’re the only persons who have the power to actually do something about it on a daily basis. I know I will too, we’ll keep each other company on that road 😉
I hope all your wishes come true, and I’m going to be praying for you. As far as the health thing goes, I believe that miracles happen when we least expect them, so hang in there and know that you are hugged! Happy New Year! RO
