To Be or Not to Be…Read TBR Pile Vote January

Sophia's To Read or Not

Each month, I will post up a pair (or more) of books.  I would like you to vote on a choice.  Yes!  You will have the job of telling me what to read from my pile each month.  I welcome your vote no matter what reason you choose (frivolous, serious or otherwise) that particular book and do share your reason in the comments just because I’m nosy.  I will update everyone at the end of the month in my reading update and will of course share my thoughts on the book itself in my review.

As this is the first month of the year, I want to get a big jump on the books that have sat waiting a loooong while for my attention.  These two candidates have the distinction of being the two review books that have sat on my TBR pile the longest (as far as I can tell).  So put one of these poor, sad, lonely books out of its misery for me, please.

Candidate #1

Drowning in Fire by Hanna Martine
#3 Elementals

The following two tabs change content below.
Shari is the Delighted Reader. Married to her Prince Charming and mother to two Princesses and one Prince. When she is not slaving away as Cinderella she loves to get lost in the pages of a good book. Never without a reading device and a few good paperback books, because she never knows when she might get 5 minutes to read!
  • Oh I hope you enjoy the choice.

    • I’m sure I shall. I picked them out a few years back and then just let them sit. Thanks for voting, Melissa.

  • I picked Real Vampires Know Size Matters because it looks hilarious! Lol! I hope you enjoy whichever one you read!

    • Just the title alone, right Candy? LOL Thanks for voting.

  • I actually just started a book that had been on my review pile for a year or so and I am really enjoying it so far, makes me wonder why I took so long to read it. It can be nice to get some of those older review copies read.

Both of your picks sound good. I voted for Real Vampires Know Size Matters as it looks like a fun one and that cover style is pretty cute. It makes me wonder what kind of book it is. But the other one sounds great too. I hope you enjoy whichever wins.

    • It does have a cute cover. I’ve read the earlier ones in the series and these are a unique Urban Fantasy Comedy.

Oh yes, I love the feeling of getting to the dusty ones on the pile. Glad you were able to finish one, too, Lola!
