Well, this is a subject dear to my book-loving heart as we near the end of 2019. My eyes have been feasting on what is in store and my patience is limited so I’ll be glad to welcome these lovelies to my shelves just as soon as I’m able.
I’ll try to list them in release order, but some don’t have a release date yet or I’ve only got a rumor of their release so I’ll leave them unmarked. And, I kept it to the first half of the year.

- Of Flames and Fury by Cecy Robson, UF, Weird Girls series February
- The Sinner by JR Ward, PNR, Black Dagger Brotherhood series March

I am absolutely looking forward to continuing the Chanel Cleeton series. I never really read historicals, but the way Cleeton combined the history and the romance really worked for me. The family is so fascinating too
I do love lots of historical fiction, but I’m with you on how great she writes, Sam. 🙂
Martha Wells is an author I’ve been wanting to try. Maybe 2020 will finally find me with one of hers 🙂
Oh yes, Murderbot is addicting, Velvet! 🙂
It is fun to look ahead ans see all the shiny new stories. My list also has the Mercy Thompson and Murderbot books and I will be trying to take in some of the others as well.
Thanks so much for sharing and joining us this week!
I agree, Anne! I feel like the adult marking up my version of a Toys R Us catalog. 🙂
Spark Transform is also one of my most anticipated releases for next year!
Crossing my fingers that we get it, Lola! 🙂
Nice list! I can’t wait for K.A.Tucker’s sequel to The Simple Wild. It’s called Wild at Heart. Also, the next installment from The Cross Breed series by Dannika Dark.
You remind me. I need to get caught up on the KA Tucker books. Yay for a new one in your favorite series.
Nice list, Sophia – I see that the next Mercy made several lists, mine included!
Oh yes, we are a great group of Mercy Thompson fans. 🙂
I am waiting (not so patiently) for the release of Defying the Relic Hunter by Gail Koger. I just Love her Coletti Warlord series.
LOL, I am right there with you wringing my hands impatiently. 🙂
Thank you for adding Defying the Relic Hunter to the list!!! Hugs and kisses
It just has to be there. I can’t wait. 🙂
I am looking forward to My Dark Vanessa. I hadn’t heard about it until I saw someone review it, and now I’m dying to read it.
I am also excited for the Chanel Cleeton, though I’m more cautiously optimistic. I still haven’t finished the last one, as the plot was boring for me.
Thanks for sharing! 🙂
Had to look it up. I can see why that one leaped onto your most anticipated list. If it’s a slow go for you, I can see why the next book with be a caution one for you.
Briggs is on my list too. Also several Ilona Andrews, Kelley Armstrong and Jennifer Estep too.
Oh yes, the two Ilona Andrews and the new Rockton one are definitely ones I want badly, too. 🙂
Can’t wait for the new Cecy book!
Same here! It’s been moved back to a March release date now, but still one of my top ones. 🙂
