The Delight
A sweet visit back with Storm and Evie that spans the time before their marriage to when they have a 17-year-old. It’s a sweet look back at a couple that stole my heart and the trials they go through starting a life together.
Review
Storm and Evie had a stormy beginning. No pun…well yes, pun intended. Really there isn’t much drama to this story for the most part, but it does chronicle their love story from marriage to first childbirth to the first date for their oldest child. First Storm needs to convince Evie to set a date. With her anxiety, he knows he has to show her comfort while pushing her out of that comfort zone. A visit with Storm’s grandmother gives a look into the future that they both think is just wishful thinking…then it comes true.
Evie didn’t fill a void. She made a place in my life that would never have existed without her.
Evie gets the wedding of her dreams with snow and icicles to commemorate their meeting in a snow storm. A fairytale wedding that made my heart weep. She loves Storm more than she can find words to express. Now that she could stand on her own to feet, she lets Storm push her into holding onto each other as they face the world.
A pregnancy, Storm picking the most awesome name, ex’s being evil, and a look 17 years later. It all wrapped up a nicely stormy package with love, hope and eternity.

About the book
LOVING STORM BY CARIAN COLE
Evie
I met him in a snowstorm…
We spent forty-eight hours trapped in the back of his pickup truck.
We fought.
We touched.
We fell.
Hard.Storm
She literally crashed into my life…
The last thing I wanted was a relationship. Especially with a quirky chick who drove me insane. But something about her got under my skin, and into my heart.
And I had to have her.
All of her.
Now.Falling in love in the back of a truck, just the two of us, was easy.
Dealing with psycho fans, jealous exes, and demons from the past….not so easy.Loving Storm is a fast-paced SWEET (not erotica, not a lot of drama) novella that gives an extended look into Storm and Evie’s future. It is best read after reading Storm (and also Vandal, Lukas, and Talon, as those characters will have short cameos in this book).

Ah, love this follow-up and I didn’t even read the original. 🙂 Neat that it shows what came after.
It was nice getting to see them after their romance story and through years together. It made some of the irritating things I found with their book go to the back of my thoughts as they were made for each other.
Grrr darn evil exes
Exes tend to tick me off!
