Bedded Bliss by Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott
A hot night in Vegas is just what the rockstar ordered…until someone ends up married.
Michael Shawcross is living the dream, opening up for his idols, Oblivion, on his band Warning Sign’s first tour. Until an overzealous fan goes too far and his hard-partying ways catch up to him in the form of an ultimatum from his manager, Lila Crandall.
Clean up your image—or else.
Single mom Chloe Adams is in Vegas for a rare girls’ night out. She wasn’t ever supposed to be attracted to another rockstar. In fact, she’s in rockstar rehab, and the cure for her addiction definitely isn’t a sexy, smart-assed guitarist with wicked fingers.
She never expects to accidentally end up his wife. Or to have her new husband suddenly decide that she’s the solution to all his problems. And surprise…he’s happy to show his appreciation in a number of interesting, inventive ways.
Pretending their marriage is real might just be the hottest proposition she’s ever been given.
But what happens when a lie becomes the truth?
What happens when you throw a sweet, gentle, sexy, dirty talking rock star and a rigid, suppressed, single mom together in Vegas? A night neither can remember, but lead to some very sexy consequences!

Bedded Bliss is the first story in a new series that off shots from their Lost in Oblivion series. Oblivion band members do make appearances, but this is strictly about a new band with ties to the past.
Michael Shawcross is living the rock star dream, opening for his band, Warning Sign, boozing it up at parties and rock the women all night. When Michael rocks the wrong woman and can’t seem to keep in line, his former stepmom, Lila, gives him an ultimatum to clean up his act. One party later with too much booze and Michael wakes up with a hangover and wife he doesn’t remember marrying. With bad examples in his own life, Michael isn’t going to ditch a marriage he made vows for, so he is out to win his wife …. back.
Chloe Adams is in Vegas to blow off some steam. Nick, her deceased fiance’s best friend, is footing the bill to give her and a a few friends the time of their life in Vegas. Spa appointments, night clubs, concerts and a little to much booze, makes Chloe a little more uninhibited with Michael, who strums all the right places on her body. One rock star was enough in her life, she doesn’t want this marriage or the publicity it brings. She’s going throw everything in his path to keep her distance.
Chloe isn’t a single package, she comes with a toddler as well. Michael has to show he wants the life of husband and father. He works hard to make sure Chloe knows she can depend on him, that she isn’t alone any more. He keeps her motor running with exciting, sweet, passionate and risky love making. But Chloe is tough. Life hasn’t been great and she feels she only can depend on herself. Opening up to Michael isn’t easy. While Michael falls for both Chole and Axl hard, Chloe takes her time, falling slowly in love with Michael a little each day.
Axl is as much a part of this story as the two main characters. He is a typical toddler who throws fits, loves easily and makes quite the mess. Watching Michael learn to be a father to him is so precious. While he buys things, Michael goes out of his way to do things by action vs gifts. The fort night was awesome!
While Bedded Bliss is in the Lost in Oblivion world, it is its own book with its own series. You get insight into the other band members, and see future stories just waiting to happen. Nick’s twin sister is part of the band along with Margo’s younger sister. Even Michael’s older brother may stick around. It’s all in the family. You can read this story without having read the Lost in Oblivion series, it just makes it easier to understand some of the underlying emotions.
Another great book for this set of authors I am coming to adore. It’s sad at this point I am totally caught up on all their books together. The good news, I have many more books to look forward too….so bring it ladies!
