The Delight

Twisted Truths is the third and final book in the Blood Brothers series. Maybe the final book in this world. I hope not as it is bittersweet to have this world end. It’s what got me to loving Rebecca Zanetti!

Review

Last book. Blood Brothers. These men have been through everything and now it’s time to wrap it all up. This is not a standalone story. Every book builds on the last and characters from the Sin Brothers series are integrated with this one. You can’t understand this story without having read the series.

Denver is the last brother – Ryker and Heath – but he isn’t last in my book. He’s after Dr. Madison and Sheriff Cobb, when a woman from his past shows up. Hurt and angry, he has some explaining to do. To protect Noni, he left her behind with a wrong name and no idea of where he had gone. Noni innocently put a picture on the internet and he had to leave before something bad happens to both of them.

Noni doesn’t know what happened or what she did to drive Denver away, but she is spitting mad to hide the heart break. She is out to save her goddaughter and Denver is going to help even if he doesn’t want too.

The action is well balanced with character interactions and growth. The story is wrapping up a world and has a lot to do before the end. The author doesn’t let that distract us from what the story at heart is about…the love of two people. Throw in a baby in a dangerous alpha’s arms and you have a story that will keep your heart in chains.

This was a wonderful ending to a series of books that left me gasping, crying, laughing and loving. Each book is one you don’t want to put down. This one was no different. It will draw you in and spit you out at the end. Better than when you started it.

About Rebecca Zanetti

New York Times bestselling author Rebecca Zanetti has worked as an art curator, Senate aide, lawyer, college professor, and a hearing examiner – only to culminate it all in stories about Alpha males and the women who claim them. She is a member of RWA, has won awards for her works throughout the industry, and has a journalism degree with a poly sci emphasis from Pepperdine University as well as a Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho.

Growing up amid the glorious backdrops and winter wonderlands of the Pacific Northwest has given Rebecca fantastic scenery and adventures to weave into her stories. She resides in the wild north with her husband, children, and extended family who inspire her every day-or at the very least give her plenty of characters to write about.

Shari is the Delighted Reader. Married to her Prince Charming and mother to two Princesses and one Prince. When she is not slaving away as Cinderella she loves to get lost in the pages of a good book. Never without a reading device and a few good paperback books, because she never knows when she might get 5 minutes to read!

Oh man, I hope there are more in this world, too. I loved this series and the Sins Brothers so much.

I am so glad to see that you enjoyed this one Shari! I have an old review copy of this one that I need to dust off. I enjoyed the first book in the trilogy but haven’t moved on to books 2 or 3 yet. Great review!
