The Great Pick Up Line featuring
Love and War by Bianca Harrison

Malcolm was Ava’s knight in shining armor, he was a stress reliever. Just to kick it and talk was good enough without having to be physical.

“So, where are you taking me?” Ava asked.

“To LaParellu, where we can dine and have a good ole time,” he said. “For a white boy, I got moves, girl, I want to see you do the Rumba…” Malcolm said.

Ava looked at him and burst out laughing, “You want me to do what?”

Well now that’s an interesting spin on the relationship/marriage story. Sounds interesting.

I think so too. I think I’ll have to give this one a go when I get the chance just because of those two big things.

We don’t get to read about divorces and people fighting for their marriage, so it’s interesting, but it reminds me a little too much of my own divorce to make me want to read it, though. Thanks for sharing 🙂

It is very rare. I could see this being a touch point for divorcees.

Great pick up line and excerpt. It would be interesting to read about their marriage struggles. I agree with Red, that is rare to see.

I agree too, Sharonda! It would be one of the toughest second chance romances out there.
